Domiciliary and management services

It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re based, every company in Italy is obliged by law to maintain a registered office where official documents can be served - and we can provide one. There’s not a requirement for one or more directors to assume responsibility for the company’s management but, if requested, we can help with that, too.

With our complete range of domiciliary and management services, we can take care of this burden for you. We can help with temporary operational headquarters, and if necessary we will arrange for dedicated office space, support services and staff.

Using the local knowledge, we make sure that all local requirements, rules and regulations are complied with. We ensure proper registration with the local authorities; we diligently process all communications delivered to the registered address; we maintain accurate accounts and statutory records which are always available for inspection. We take care of banking operations and interim reporting whenever required. Our qualified and experienced senior staff can assume sole or joint responsibility for the day-to-day management of your local company; our network of seasoned professionals cover legal, accounting and tax and are happy to let you draw on their experience.
